Established in 2016, Impact Psychiatric Care, LLC is a partnership created to provide individuals across the lifespan with mental health treatment. Our goal is to provide each patient with individualized, efficient, cost effective and accessible care. Dr. Natalie Erb, DNP, MSW, PMHNP-BC, LCSW, PMH-C is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Dr. Erb initially received her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Northland Pioneer College, Show Low, AZ in 1996. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Social Work from Colorado State University-Pueblo, Pueblo, CO in 2005, Master of Social Work from Newman University, Colorado Springs, CO in 2006, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado State University-Pueblo, Pueblo, CO in 2013, and Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, Colorado State University-Pueblo, Pueblo, CO in 2015. Dr. Erb completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Chatham University, Pittsburgh, PA in 2019. Dr. Erb has practiced in various in-patient and out-patient psychiatric settings treating children, adolescent and adult populations. Dr. Erb is a certified perinatal mental health professional. Dr. Erb believes in using a systems approach in care, treating the individual holistically and addressing power differentials. Her educational background allows her to uniquely partner with her patients providing them with the tools to obtain their highest level of mental health functioning.
Cindy Larson, CPPM, CPC, CPCP, CPB is a Certified Physician Practice Manager, Certified Medical Coder specializing in Medical Billing and Business Management. Cynthia has over 20 years' experience in Billing Operations, Data Management, Medical Coding, and Accounts Receivable. She has worked in various specialties including Behavioral Health, Radiology, Orthopedics, and Wound Care. Her vast experience in billing management allows her an effective, hands on approach to serving her clients individual needs.
Cara Domer, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides a full range of psychiatric services including psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication review and management for children, adolescents, and adults. She initially received her Bachelors in Gerontology from Springfield College in MA and then worked as a social worker before graduating as a registered nurse from Johnston Community College in NC. Cara completed her Master of Science in Nursing in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program at Stony Brook University in NY. Cara has practiced in a variety of settings with a passion for working with the elderly population and people struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. She encourages the active collaboration and shared decision-making between patients, families and outside providers where personal values are always respected and valued. Cara promotes health and wellness through a holistic nursing approach that aids in preventing the progression of diseases through patient education.
Sarah Kurash, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner for all ages across the lifespan. She first began working in mental health is in 2012 and developed a deep passion for advocating for individuals who are experiencing serious mental health issues. Sarah earned her Master’s in Nursing Education in 2018 and has a wide variety of experience in working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds as well as teaching others about developing successful caretaker/patient relationships. She believes that physical and mental well-being go hand in hand and promotes healthy balances when caring for individuals. Sarah believes the most important element in a provider/patient relationship is trust which is nurtured by individuals being proactive in their own care.
Annabelle Florez, PMHNP-BC is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that has been in the nursing field since 1986. She began her work as a nurse as an LPN then went on to earn her BSN in 1995 from Beth-El College of Nursing. Annabelle has specialized in mental heath nursing for most of her career. Annabelle has a passion to help individuals with mental health disorders that started before she began her career as a nurse. Annabelle obtained her MSN from Colorado State University-Pueblo in 2015 as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Most recently she has provided specialized treatment for individuals that have been opined criminally insane.
Amanda Slattery, MSN, PMHNP-BC earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Prior to becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse for nearly nine years in the physical rehabilitation setting. While working closely with patients that suffered traumatic brain injuries, strokes and other chronically debilitating diseases, she realized that mental health is often overlooked or stigmatized. Her passion is helping others overcome obstacles and achieve their optimal mental health through a holistic approach. She works with patients across the lifespan in the inpatient and outpatient setting and believes in providing unbiased, empathetic and compassionate care
Julie Ashcraft, PMHNP-BC is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who treats various mental health conditions in Colorado. She completed all undergraduate and graduate coursework at Colorado State University-Pueblo and has worked in a variety of settings; more recently, co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she was a inpatient psychiatric nurse for many years. Julie believes in approaching each patient with an understanding, compassionate, and nonjudgmental frame of mind. She believes that each patient should be actively involved in their individualized treatment plan and be proactive in their care. Julie prescribes psychiatric medications always considering what is best for the patient currently and aligning treatment with long term health goals. She strives to assist each patient to discover more about themselves in such a way that will improve their overall quality of life.
Meagan Hastie, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Texas University at Arlington and her Master of Science in Nursing from The University of South Alabama. Meagan has over 12 years of nursing experience working with a variety of populations including inpatient forensics, adolescents with substance abuse and behavioral concerns, and postpartum women. She realized very early in her career that mental health is underserved and is passionate about active collaboration between the patient and the practitioner when developing the best treatment options for addressing a patient’s mental health needs and goals. Meagan’s goal is to be supportive and non-judgmental and treat each client with dignity and respect in a stigma-free environment.
Kiana Keever, MSW, is a Clinical Social Work Candidate. She has experience working with adults, children and individuals with developmental disabilities. She obtained her Bachelor of Social Work in 2021 and Master of Social Work in 2024 from Colorado Mesa University. During her master’s degree, Kiana focused on expanding knowledge and experience with adolescents. She has worked with adults in residential settings and in the field of Hospice. She focuses individual treatment on the needs of the client. She utilizes dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, dual processing, and motivational interviewing in practice. Kiana is a catalyst for her patients by promoting their ability to advocate as individuals. One of her greatest accomplishments has been obtaining both degrees as a first generation student while raising her three children. Kiana Keever, MSW works under the supervision of Dr. Natalie Erb, DNP, MSW, PMHNP-BC, LCSW. Kiana staffs sessions with Dr. Erb weekly and Dr. Erb signs all clinical documentation.
